Come join us for our Valentine’s Day themed sniff thru; all search areas will have themed setups

Novel distractions (some directly from Asia, some no longer with us, but all a fun challenge for those NW2 and NW3 searches; we can modify as needed)

Interesting handler challenges offered during the searches (handlers can abstain or take it on and see how they do)

We aim to challenge you as much or as little as you wish but we will make sure you have fun!

Pre-registration and pre-payment is required. Registration is not secured until payment is received. Payment must be received within 5 business days of receiving registration forms by email to secure your spot. Registration Deadline is Feb 22nd.

Space is limited so please register early to avoid disappointment. A wait list will be started (based on email time stamp) once available spaces are filled; you will be notified by email if a space becomes available.

• Please tell Debbie the level that your dog is working at (NW3, NW2, NW1, Pre-Ort), what odors your dog is on (birch, anise, and/or clove), if you still pair, or if your dog is a food only dog (no K9NW odor yet)
• Handlers may register more than one dog but depending on their level they may run at different times of the day; for instance odor only in morning and paired odor in the afternoon.

All levels welcome. Odor only dogs will run first in the morning (NW3/NW2 distractions and BAC, then NW1/Birch only), followed by paired odor dogs (Birch only), followed by food only dogs.

Run times will start mid-morning. The run order and times will be sent out to registered participants by Feb 25th.

Participants are welcome to spend the day with us or just come run their dog and then head out.

K9NW etiquette will apply and crating will be outside in your vehicles.

We will have snacks and water. Potluck items are always welcomed and well enjoyed!

Refund Policy:

Prior to Feb 15th a full refund will be offered.  A full refund will be offered after Feb 15th ONLY IF there is a wait-list and your space can be filled. No refunds will be offered otherwise after Feb 15th (exception see snow policy below).  If you register after Feb 15th the same refund policy applies.

Snow Date Policy:

A snow date will be offered if we have a storm that affects Chicopee, MA; in the event that registered participants cannot attend the ‘rescheduled snow date’ a full refund will be offered.
